Welcome to the shop of Romain Pellet, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Charcutier Traiteur, a prestigious title awarded in 2015. After more than six years teaching at the Lausanne Hotel School, he moved to Geneva in 2018 to share his passion and artisanal expertise.
