Ferme Courtois is located on the heights of Versoix, in Sauverny (Geneva). This 55-hectare family farm follows Swiss ecological performance standards (PER) and produces a wide range of crops rooted in the local terroir. You will find well-known Sauverny lentils, along with chickpeas, buckwheat, flax seeds, as well as cereals and seasonal vegetables. This diversity reflects a simple and authentic agriculture, carefully aligned with natural growing cycles.
