Ferme Courtois

The Courtois Farm estate is located on the heights of the commune of Versoix, in the area known as Sauverny, in the canton of Geneva. It adheres to the Ecological Performance Requirements (PER). Spanning 55 hectares, this family-run agricultural estate is divided into four areas.

It produces cereals, rapeseed, sugar beets, chickpeas, buckwheat, flax seeds, fruits, and vegetables — and of course, the now-famous Sauverny lentils!
