
Fromagerie Moléson
Fromagerie Moléson is located on the foothills of the Fribourg Prealps, near the mountain that gave it its name, in the heart of the Gruyère AOP and Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP production region.
Since its founding in 1945, it has been processing cow’s, goat’s, and sheep’s milk from the region using traditional methods. The values upheld by the creamery include respect for raw materials and cheesemaking traditions, product quality, and fairness throughout the entire value chain — especially toward milk producers.
