Domaine du Château de Crans

Since 2012, Gilles has been at the helm of Domaine du Château de Crans. Honoring the heritage passed down to him, he brings his personal touch to both the vineyard and the cellar. Gradually, he is introducing biodynamic practices, using essential oils as preventive care and opting for natural fertilizers made from specific plants. The use of synthetic pesticides, chemical fertilizers, and additives (flavorings, colorants) is strictly excluded here!

The estate’s 12.5 hectares of vines surround the château, with several grape varieties including Riesling, Viognier, Pinot Blanc, Merlot, and Chasselas. Vinification takes place in the château’s beautiful vaulted cellars. Gilles listens closely to his vines — and they reward him in return.
