Casa Mozzarella

Casa Mozzarella is an artisanal cheese dairy that has been producing mozzarella, burrata, and ricotta since 2010 using milk sourced from farms in Geneva and Vaud. The cheeses are crafted in a small workshop in Plan-les-Ouates. Every morning, fresh milk is transformed by master cheesemakers from Puglia using traditional methods. Everything is handmade, with no additives.
