Casa Mozzarella

Casa Mozzarella is an artisanal cheese producer based in Plan-les-Ouates (Geneva), crafting Italian specialties since 2010 using milk sourced from farms in Geneva and Vaud. Each morning, fresh milk is processed on-site by master cheesemakers from Puglia, following traditional methods without any additives.

You will find essentials such as fresh mozzarella, creamy burrata and artisanal ricotta, all handmade in their workshop. These cheeses are produced daily to ensure delicate texture and authentic flavour true to Italian traditions.
