Boucherie Bula
Founded in 1977 by Jacky Bula in the heart of Geneva’s Eaux-Vives district, Boucherie Bula quickly won over even the most discerning palates. It later moved to the Halle de Rive, an iconic culinary destination nestled between the lake, city center, and the bustling Boulevard Helvétique market.
At Maison Bula, artisanal tradition is very much alive. You'll find top-quality Swiss meats, such as locally raised beef and Limousin lamb, renowned for its tenderness and refined flavor. Their house-made charcuterie features regional specialties like the IGP-certified longeole, with offerings that change with the seasons to ensure freshness and authenticity.
The team, made up of six passionate professionals, is always ready to advise you, share recipes, and help you choose the perfect cuts to elevate your dishes.
