More than a grocery app

Founded in 2016 in Geneva by Paul Charmillot, MagicTomato selects healthy, minimally processed food, prepared like at the market.

A team of around ten people operates our logistics and delivers daily across the Lake Geneva region, with more than 150,000 orders already delivered.

Is there a minimum delivery amount?

Yes, it's CHF30.- including tax

Is it a subscription?

No, you are free to order whenever you want.

Are there any service fees?

Yes. The service fee covers the preparation of your groceries by our artisans, sustainable packaging (compostable bags and paper), and delivery by electric vehicle by our employees. It is reduced based on the amount of your order.

When do you deliver?

Monday to Friday. There are two time slots to choose from: 3pm to 6:30pm or 6pm to 8:30pm.

Do you deliver the same day?

We deliver the same day, orders validated before noon, throughout the canton of Geneva and the communes of the Léman arc in the Canton of Vaud, including Lausanne, Morges, Nyon and Montreux.

What should I do with the bags and packaging?

Reusable bags are collected during your next shopping. We will come to pick them up for free if you don't order again. Note that most of our packaging is compostable or reusable.

Do I need to be present during delivery?

No, more than 50% of our customers are not present during deliveries. In this case, we leave the groceries directly in front of your door (never in front of an alley) or at the location you indicated to us. Also, thanks to our refrigerated bags, we guarantee more than 6 hours of cold chain.
